The bright young girl saw the two boys enter the classroom. One boy went
towards the teacher as the other tried not to look at the girl in question
as he eased his way towards the back of the room.
She knew as she saw the teacher glance
her way and in that split second the fastest girl in the school was high
tailing it out of the classroom through the back door before the boys got
any closer to her desk. There was no further point to the boys visit and
the teacher told them to tell the Dental nurse that the patient won’t be
attending her clinic today.
The teacher was a bit puzzled to the
reaction of his student and decided to talk to her when she returned to
the safety of his territory. He did seem to think this student was
spending a lot of time at the dentist and from the remarks being made by
his student it had him thinking about what she was saying.
He sat his ten-year-old student down
when she finally returned and asked her what the problem was about
going to the Dental clinic.
His student gave him this running
commentary that she believed that when she went to the dental clinic she
felt sick when the Dental nurse made the fillings and the smells in the
clinic made her feel sick too. She also said that she could taste a
horrible metal taste after being given fillings from the dental nurse.
The visits made her feel worse
and that her teeth were fine and she believed the Dental nurse was
drilling big holes in her teeth for the sake of it.
He couldn’t comment on the later
although it was feasible, so he asked her if she had taken her concerns up
with the dental nurse about what was making her sick every time she went
to the clinic.
She nodded and said that the dental nurse had
told her it was all in her head and that if she couldn’t see what was
making her sick then how could it be making her sick?
She had told the Dental nurse that
mercury was in the fillings and dangerous on the health because it was a poison.
This met with confrontations between
the dental nurse and his student and finally she refused and demanded not
to have anymore drilling or fillings. She claimed that no more of that
poisonous black stuff was going in her mouth and that the Dental nurse was
a liar.
He asked his student why she thought
the dental nurse was a liar!
His student proceeded to tell him how
she had asked the Science teacher and that he said that just because you
cant see some things with the human eye, it doesn’t mean that it isn’t
actually there. The science teacher showed her under a microscope the
things that can’t be seen and that just because you can’t see it, it
doesn’t mean that it won’t hurt you.
He smiled but he could not prevent the
student being made to attend 3-4 more visits to the dental clinic as the
nurse had got the student’s mother involved to ensure the student was
seen.
The boys arrived and his student took
one look and knew who was being requested.
He could hear his student from his desk and his heart died because she had
showed him her teeth. When she was recalled again in 6 weeks to the
dental clinic he began to wonder what the hell was really going on.
The student now had a total of 12 large
fillings placed in her mouth in one year and the student at the beginning
of the year was not the same child at the end of the year.
The NZ Dental Association enforced
changes to the practices and procedures of unnecessary drilling of
children’s teeth in 1974.
Dental nurses were no longer allowed to
practice drilling on perfectly healthy teeth in children.
His student was
one of the last to have this happen to them and with a smile he recalled
the loud scene between his student and the dental nurse coming from her
dental clinic. They were hammer and tongs at each other! He heard every
word and the class smiled with the teacher because she was right and she had the
dental nurse over a barrel.
"Out of the mouths of babes"
His student was telling the Dental nurse very loudly and publicly that she
was a stupid woman for rolling that shit in her hands and it was going in
her body through her skin and would make her real sick.
That her Science teacher was not a liar
like she said and that her science teacher had showed her all about
mercury and it was one of the deadliest metals on our planet. He heard her
yelling that if it poisons fish, it poisons us. That no one was ever going
to put that black shit in her mouth ever again and that those fillings
should be banned for making people sick.
The dental nurse reported her for her
outburst and that spreading lies about how mercury fillings were bad
for the body, was very untrue. The student was also reported for going
into her dental clinic at lunchtime and putting all
her materials for making the amalgam fillings including the pestle and
mortar in the school incinerator.
When the student was asked if she was responsible for
the missing materials, she had no qualms of admitting this fact.
His student chose and received her
punishment in front of the class. She got six of the best with the strap but she did not
bow on her beliefs.
You may ask if this is true.
YES, it is fact, I did exactly that but then I was only a ten year old
child that had a good science teacher and I can confirm that the Dental
nurse was a liar. I hope she is not suffering from Mercury poisoning
today.
The crunch of the matter is I don’t need to prove the above because my
sister at age eight received 18 large amalgam fillings from the same
Dental nurse, at the same school dental clinic, the same year as I did.
I sadly hope that it was not me that
caused her such grief in the dental chair because she had been my sister
at the same school.
My sister has not and will not return
to a dentist because of these dental experiences despite the fact that she
constantly complains of that putrid metallic taste in her mouth that she
puts up with. Hopefully I can help her in the near future and at
least have the amalgam that is 29 years old, removed from her mouth.
I was never to have any more fillings unless they were white fillings,
which is fact for the next twenty years.
My life was to change again when I
received acute occupational solvent poisoning which compromised my health
and the health of my teeth and gums. Major dental surgery and seven
fillings along with one root canal and two extractions were needed
immediately at that time.
These new fillings were to replace the
last seven fillings that I had received from school. I had
fresh amalgam fillings placed in an already compromised body.
I would have never consented to amalgam fillings with my
long-standing beliefs or asked for these type of fillings when I had previously always asked for
white fillings.
Update:
26-09-03
I finally took my sister to the Family Dentist and the
check up revealed the following facts.
1. My sister has not seen a dentist since receiving all
her amalgam fillings at the age of 8 years. There was clear evidence
of mercury 'tattooing' in the gum from this time., ' slip of the drill a
few times'...
2. Twenty nine years of no dental treatment revealed
the only necessary treatment was a bloody good scale and polish. There are
NO fillings required.
3. This proves that two sisters that attended the same
school dental clinic, in the same year WERE part of a ' practise to drill
training program for School dental nurses up to 1974!
4. My sister was in reasonable health but not
compromised by any chemical exposure like myself.
5. ACC won the ACC review for refusing to acknowledge
or provide treatments costs to the ongoing dental and gum problems which
were a result of acute solvent poisoning. ACC's evidence was the
following:
a. One dental nurses imitation of a seven years
drawing, explaining the process of tooth decay.
b. ACC used OSH documentation that had been altered and
falsfied in order to support their 'theory' that my dental problems were
genetic.
c. I was painted as a 'tripped out blonde dolly bird
that had a drinking problem and alcoholic parents. ACC also stated that I
was drinking MORE than what was already falsely and incorrectly
documentated.
ACC Review was won by ACC after a three year battle-
ending late 1999.
The ACC review process costs exceeded the costs of the
dental repairs required which WERE a result of chemical poisoning and a
suppressed immune system. It was a Precedent case because ACC had
separated the main point of entry ( mouth/inhalation) from the injury site
AFTER it was accepted by the Corporation.
Investigations, ammendments and apologies from OSH
proved the evidence submitted by ACC to the DRSL was unsubstantial and
highly questionable.
This was presented back to DRSL with new evidence and
ammendments made under the Privacy Act 1993, Rule 7 were attached to the
file held on me.
The Regional Manager for DRSL was most sympathetic and
extremely concerned about the implications of the OSH investigation and
findings. He explained he was unable to make any remedies by law, however
he instructed the Branch Manager of Hamilton Branch ACC that this matter
was requiring to be Reviewed at his level and supplied to him a copy of
the submission,.
The Hamilton ACC Branch Manager has not responded to
date although he filed the letter from DRSL in his private file about me.
This file on K7302325/001 is classified as "The Missing Files" of which I
received a copy in April 2003.
Interesting to note that ACC have a missing file and
that the missing file does not contain a copy of the submission made to
DRSL.
Of further interest is the bizarre fact that ACC do not
hold a complete or intact copy of the 42 page submission made in January
2002 to ACC and OSH.
Nor does ACC hold a complete or intact copy of the
submission which the PRIVACY COMMISSIONER directed ACC to make to file in
July 2002
Nor a complete or intact copy of the submission which
was made to DRSL in July 2002 and forwarded to ACC.
